Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Zodra mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY]. By creating an account, or by using the Service as a guest, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What Zodra is — and isn't

Zodra generates astrological readings and life-themed suggestions ("quests") from the birth data you provide, using Western, Vedic or Chinese astrology as you choose, and an AI model to phrase the output.

Zodra is for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is not professional advice — medical, psychological, financial, legal or otherwise — and nothing in the app should be treated as a substitute for a qualified professional. Astrology is not a scientifically validated method for predicting future events, and AI-generated content can be wrong, generic, or occasionally in poor taste. Use your own judgment, especially for anything that touches your health, finances, relationships or safety.

3. Accounts

You can use Zodra as a guest, with data attached to your device rather than an account. Creating an account is optional and lets your charts, streaks and journal follow you across devices. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions

Free tier gives you a limited preview of Zodra's themes. Premium unlocks the full set, journaling, and other features listed in the app at the time of purchase. Premium is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and refunded through that store's own policies and payment system, not by us directly; purchases made on the web are billed through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or the relevant app store — cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by law or store policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harm, harass, or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, entitlement checks, or other technical protections.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service's output at scale.
• Upload content to your journal that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Your content

You own what you write in your journal and any photos you attach to it. We store it to display it back to you and don't use it to train models or share it with anyone else, except as needed to operate the Service (for example, cloud storage) or as required by law. Deleting your account deletes this content permanently.

7. Our content

The app, its design, and Zodra-authored text and branding are owned by us. Astrological placements are facts derived from public ephemeris data and aren't owned by anyone. Content generated for you personally (your reading, your quests) is yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes — screenshot it, share it, post it.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or available at any given time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for decisions you make based on its content. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where required by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where significant, notified in the app.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
